Viva España

So we just bought tickets for Madrid! Or well.. Nikita did, and she bought me one for my birthday (in June :’)) which makes this the best and earliest birthday present ever, why THANK YOU SO MUCH. We didn’t plan on adding another show, no really, but we couldn’t resist a premium standing ticket (whatever that may be) for 40 euro’s. I mean what?! I know the reason why they are so cheap is not something to be happy about but after spending so much money already this was very, very nice for a change. J

I can now also officially say we have completed our tour. Nine shows, nine cities, seven countries and we just might die, but it is going to be worth EVERYTHING. And since I am sure we won’t add another show we also just booked all our trips which included eight flights and five cross country (and cross Europe) trips by train. So that means we got the worst thing over with (thank god 'cause that was stressful D:) and from now on it’s down to the fun side of preparing for the tour. Which probably no longer includes making banners but I won’t go there now. ;-)

So, that’s it as far as the planning goes. 9 shows, and six of them are also the last six of the European tour. Lisbon and Madrid + Milan and Berne are back to back shows with one day to travel in between Madrid and Milan so we’ll see how we will be feeling after those four, omygod! But if our fifty-plus semi-eldery heroes can make it, then so can we! Because we can, I guess… Yeah we’ll see about that. ;-)

I am so excited though!! 65 days 'til Munich!

Love xx

Pictures of You

The new album is here! I considered taking an awkward fangirl  picture of myself holding the album but then I realised I'm 21 years old. So just picture me holding the album and looking excited. Because I am! Songs like That's What The Water Made Me, Beautiful World, What About Now, Army of One and Pictures of You are making me even more excited for the tour. Unfortunatily it was only yesterday that I last wrote on here so it's still just as far away and it still feels like the day will never come. :-)

Bye!

What about now...

So I went to see Nikita today (2,5 hour train journey both ways and I'm actually still on my way back) I interviewed her about BJ and the last tour for a school assignment but I could have taped every single conversation we had. It was one of those days where we kept talking about the guys and the tour - no we don't always do that. There is still so much to talk about though, even though it's been two years since our last tour.

But, in case you missed it,there's also a new tour on the way.So we looked up our hotels on booking.com, read reviews, checked the routes from hotels to venues on Google street view and so on... Eventually we came to the conclusion that we did a pretty good job (phone just autocorrected job to jon :') )picking hotels this year and to celebrate we watched the Crush tour dvd.

Yes, it was just one of those days and we decided we are going to need more of them while we are counting down to the first show. 72 days!

I now just left Amsterdam and still have two more hours to kill before I'm back home so I'm bored and I just made this on Google Maps. Might come in handy later as well, in case we forget what show is up next! ;-)

Anyways - speak soon - the countdown is on. (I just wanted to say that ;-) )
