I'm a  relatively young fan of quite an old band named Bon Jovi. My first memory of them is about my parents playing the Crossroad album in the car and the first song I fell in love with was Lay Your Hands On Me. I don’t know why, I must have been barely eight back then, which makes it kind of weird when you think about it… ;) 

I started following the band right after the release of It's My Life and Crush in 2000 but for me ‘it’ happened in Amsterdam during the Bounce tour back in 2003. I think they changed my life for good that night and so much has happened since. They became a part of me. I saw them about 30 more times since 2003, including four Richie Sambora solo shows. I met David, Tico, Hugh and Richie, flew to the USA, queued for days and nights, travelled all across Europe to see them, and I even had a BJ related tattoo done, (just a lyric thing, not a massive JBJ back piece, don't worry.)

Meanwhile I grew older and a lot has changed. I’m a dedicated fan but I’m not blind, although I can still be a crazy fangirl sometimes too. I mean, have you ever looked at JBJ at all?! ;) I could easily live my life without listening to It’s My Life and Bad Name ever again but I don’t ever want to live it without the boys.

Right now I am more than ready for the madness to begin again and since I noticed that a lot of my friends, classmates, family, colleagues and neighbours are very interested in my on the road adventures I thought it might be fun to start this blog for the upcoming tour.
